Weekly Writing Prompt
Hello all,
Sorry I missed last week. With the snow and tracking down a car the week before I was exhausted. Please forgive me. I do have a weekly prompt for this week that comes from: https://www.imagineforest.com/blog/daily-writing-prompts/
Prompt: What do you like to do during winter when it’s too cold to go outside?
Response: Outside sits a half inch of ice on top of a fourth of an inch of snow, while the temperatures highs are never leaving the twenties and the lows feel like negative five. The fear of a power outage is high, but so far, none has occurred. I tried to order bread and milk when I ordered groceries, but they were not available in the stores. So, my parents and I are left to do one thing: wrap up, and pray the weather stops before any more comes down and takes the power out. While I wait, I find it comforting to work on schoolwork until I get bored with it, then I find the television interesting. At least there are some great payview wresting coming on this weekend. The biggest thing I love to do when it is so cold outside is curl up under a blanket and talk with my parents.
