Hrolf’s twenty-first birthday was mere days away when a horde of people claiming to be relatives of his Mom arrived in RVs, driving his Dad out of the house. The self-proclaimed leader of these people swore up and down that he would be going through something called a Grand Tribute. The woman and his Mom spoke in harsh, angry tones in an unknown language every time they interacted, keeping him in the dark about what was taking place around him. The truth of just how much darkness truly plagued his life wasn’t revealed until the very last second. The question was, could he adapt to what rested ahead of him?
